Canada Caught on Camera is a multicultural project bringing two groups together in a way that goes beyond words.

Photography is universal, it does not rely on a common spoken language to build understanding. Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy (CBAL) is a non-profit organization supporting literacy needs in our community for both Canadian-born residents and newcomers to Canada and has developed this project as a way of forging new alliances, friendships, and methods of communication.
