The Fernie Chamber has partnered with the Women's Enterprise Centre to bring you a three part HR Webinar Series to support local businesses learn how to find and keep great employees!
This is the second in a three-part in the HR Strategy Toolkit for 2021 webinar series hosted by Women’s Enterprise Centre.

Studies show that engaged employees are 59% less likely to seek out a new job in the next year, and there are many practices you can implement to keep your employees engaged.

Tanja Halsall provides consulting services to various local businesses through her consulting company Potentia Human Resources & Engagement Consulting and is also an Adjunct Professor with the Faculty of Management at UBC Okanagan. Tanja is a life-long learner. She holds a CPHR and SHRM-SCP designation, a Masters’ Degree in Leadership, Post- Diploma in HR Management and initially began her commitment to learning while working towards her Bachelor of Education. Tanja draws on her 30 plus years of progressive management, operations, and strategic Human Resource experience to support local businesses in developing exceptional People, Culture and Leadership practices and in order to achieve exceptional results.
