The Fernie Chamber has partnered with the Women's Enterprise Centre to bring you a three part HR Webinar Series to support local businesses learn how to find and keep great employees!
This is the last part in a three-part in the HR Webinar Series.
As a business owner, are you managing a group of people or a high-performance team? There are many strategies you can use to unite your employees, and most can be successful without spending much cash.
Join Tanja Halsall, Chief People Officer of Potentia HR, for an interactive session to explore how you can lean into your own leadership abilities. About the Facilitators
Tanja Halsall provides consulting services to various local businesses through her consulting company Potentia Human Resources & Engagement Consulting and is also an Adjunct Professor with the Faculty of Management at UBC Okanagan. Tanja is a life-long learner. She holds a CPHR and SHRM-SCP designation, a Masters’ Degree in Leadership, Post- Diploma in HR Management and initially began her commitment to learning while working towards her Bachelor of Education. Tanja draws on her 30 plus years of progressive management, operations, and strategic Human Resource experience to support local businesses in developing exceptional People, Culture and Leadership practices and in order to achieve exceptional results.
