The Fernie Chamber of Commerce is excited to bring you a fun-filled evening to kickoff the holiday season and get your shop-on, locally!


Join us in celebrating our vibrant community while enjoying the festivities and keeping holiday dollars local!


The main festivities, including carols, fireworks, and more, will light up the town on Saturday, December 5.

From Friday, December 4 to Sunday, December 6, spend a minimum of $20 at a participating Fernie business and enter to WIN $1000 to a #SpendItInFernie participating business of your choice!

The Holiday Kick Off takes place throughout downtown Fernie, including:

  • 2nd Avenue, from 691 2nd Avenue to 432 2nd Avenue
  • 6th Street, between 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue
  • 1st Avenue, from 6th Street to 5th Street

The main festivities will be centred in the parking lot on 1st Avenue, directly across from the Arts Station.
