Through a focus on meaningful engagement and inclusive practices, we’ll explore how to create supportive and sustainable environments that are embedded into everyday workplace culture.  

About Fernie Pride Society:
The Fernie Pride Society supports and connects the 2SLGBTQ+ community throughout the Elk Valley. Incorporated in December 2016, the Society serves as a hub for 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and their allies, offering inclusive events, community programming, and resource referrals.

Their vision is a safe and inclusive Elk Valley where 2SLGBTQ+ people feel valued and supported. Their mission is to connect and uplift the 2SLGBTQ+ community and allies through advocacy, education, resources, and inclusive initiatives.
